Here, in a pleasant, rustic setting, Emmanuel Vernillet serves local specialities including: traditional foie gras; confit of duck or goose; cepe mushroom or truffle omelettes; the local Rocamadour A.O.C. fermier goats cheese and delicious desserts such as walnut gâteau. There are also a selection of new dishes to enjoy, including: crème brûlée with foie gras; pan fried escolope of foie gras with caramelised pears; duck breast with peaches; “Tartiflette” made with Rocamadour goats cheese; and pear and apple crumble. To accompany all of his meals, the chef has a wide selection of quality regional wines.
