Here, in a pleasant, rustic setting, Emmanuel Vernillet serves local specialities including: feuilleté of escargots with walnuts; traditional foie gras; confit of duck or goose; cepe mushroom or truffle omelettes; and homemade desserts such as walnut gâteau. There are also a selection of new dishes to enjoy, including: crème brûlée with foie gras; fillet of duck with peaches; and “Tartiflette” made with the local Rocamadour goats cheese. To accompany all of his meals, the chef has a wide selection of quality regional wines.
