They invite you to sample their gourmet cuisine, including the local specialities: feuilleté of escargots with walnuts; traditional foie gras; confit of duck or goose; cepe mushroom or truffle omelettes; and homemade desserts such as walnut gâteau. There are also a selection of new dishes to enjoy, including: crème brûlée with foie gras; fillet of duck with peaches; and “Tartiflette” made with the local Rocamadour goats cheese.
