Mr and Mrs VERNILLET are delighted to welcome you to their establishment. Sally at reception, Emmanuel Head Chef and all the team are standing by to offer you a pleasant stay and a warm welcome at the heart of this magical area.
They invite you to sample their gourmet cuisine, including the local specialities: feuilleté of escargots with walnuts; traditional foie gras; confit of duck or goose; cepe mushroom or truffle omelettes; and homemade desserts such as walnut gâteau. There are also a selection of new dishes to enjoy, including: crème brûlée with foie gras; fillet of duck with peaches; and “Tartiflette” made with the local Rocamadour goats cheese.
